By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept all the terms outlined in this Terms of Service document.

Full payment must be sent before I commence work on your commission. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.
After the artwork is sent, I typically delete the canvas. Please ensure you do not lose the media file provided, as I may not retain a copy of the artwork after the delivery of the final product.
I exclusively accept payments via Paypal. Please note that all transactions must be processed through Paypal.
All payments will be made in USD (US Dollars)
Payment Plans and holds are available only when payments exceed $100 USD.
Once a person has failed to fulfill the sale of a design, whether through a payment plan or hold, they will no longer be eligible for these options.
You are permitted to repost the commissioned art, provided proper credit is given. Please ensure to credit me as the artist when sharing the artwork.
Customers are not permitted to sell their commissioned artwork as NFTs.
I reserve the right to decline any commissions for any reason.
Refunds are not available for commissioned artwork once work has begun.
Please refrain from claiming my art as your own.

I want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us. Take a moment to review them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as an owner.

Please be kind to my creations and keep the little watermark they wear. It's like their signature, and it helps everyone know where they come from.
Designs and adopts purchased from me are strictly for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes, merchandise, or any external distribution.
Please refrain from creating additional profiles, co-owning, or generating new profiles related to the original account. Your cooperation in maintaining a single, original profile is appreciated.
I am not responsible for the use of the design after it has been sold. Please ensure responsible and ethical use post-purchase.
In the unfortunate event of the loss of the original Toyhouse profile, I will not create a new one. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
The turnaround time for additional art requests following the purchase of an adoptable may range from 1 week to 4 weeks. This timeframe allows for a thoughtful and detailed creation process to ensure the highest quality of work. Your patience during this period is greatly appreciated.
Any additional edits or design variants will be started only once design has been paid in full.
Kindly refrain from selling my designs for more than the original price without additional artwork.
Individuals on the blacklist will not be eligible to receive any designs from me under any circumstances.
Owners are free to make small design changes after purchase.
